We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. International shipping is available to over 50 countries, with delivery times typically ranging from 7 to 14 business days depending on customs.
What kind of warranty comes with my watch purchase?
All watches are covered by a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This covers internal movement defects but does not include battery replacements, wear and tear, or accidental damage to the glass or strap.
Can I return a watch if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original condition with all protective films and tags intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
